If you're done bulking you can probably cut whatever program you're on, say SL. Start a PPL routine for hypertrophy, still keeping the compound lifts. Run it MWF-PPL. On your off days do say a lap of sprint. rest a min. then another lap. Do that for say, a mile. Then do the ab work on your off days as well

I have been doing calisthenics and sprints/distance running, so I actually don't lift(although I am using some dumbells to try and add mass to my awful shoulders).

Go look at lotus (5'11") and at 140 lbs after lifting for a year he was FAR more muscular than I am.

This is because I have huge massive child bearing hips, and huge wide ass fucking shoulders. It is fucking bone structure. FFMI doesn't mean shit idiots.

My FMMI is the same as Lotus's when he was training for like 5 years... ask yourself, do I look like he did after 5 fucking years?

Even accounting for lotus being like 8% bodyfat verus my 15%, it doesn't account for him being taller and looking a thousand times bigger/more muscular when he weighed THIRTY POUNDS less.

How the hell do I cut properly?

running a 1000 cal deficit @ 200p/150c/50fat
Too much carbs. too little protein maybe?

Usual split is 5 on 2 off

3 SS sessions and 2 1-hour long cardio sessions.
