allright, here's how i lost 20kg (44lbs i think?)
allways had a great body BUT getting older, living with my SO and quit smoking i gained allot of weight in a short period of time. i weighed 92kg (202lbs?) and i got sick of it. starting working out (gym) and watching my food. about 2 months later almost 0 result. i lost like 2kg or so (4lbs?) while i really was trying. then a friend of mine told me about how he lost weight real fast using this method. he based it on how our ancestors used to live, go thaibox 3x a week, if you commit to the warm up, the routines and the excercises its a real good cardio workout and you use mucles you normaly never use (hunting/fighting effect) do the intermittent fasting diet (food wasnt allways available back then) , go to the gym to heavy lift one time per week (to represent the hard labor people did back then) have one meal cheat day per week and only drink alcohol one time per week ONLY in the weekend and NEVER EVER drink alcohol on a workout day! so i did this method and now i weigh +-72kg (158lbs?) with a body percentage of around 13/14 percent in i did it in 5 to 6 months. just sharing, toughts are welcome if you need tips ill give them!

actually, i did count calories the first attempt and for some strange reason it didnt work that much. like a said, yes i had results but real real slow. this method did it much faster.

30y 1m77 barber. i tried keeping my cal under 1800 a day with a maximum of 2000 a day.

if youre a grill then try 1500kcal and 100g protein, no sugar. at least 7 hours of sleep. also post belly
