The couple of things that have helped me:

>more 'meals'

a couple hours after every proper meal drink a big protein shake. Whey is fast digesting ad it won't impact your next Real Food TM meal.

> always choose the higher calorie option

For example if you like Sips TM than don't get the zero calorie versions (still probably a good idea to get most of your carbs pre-, intra-, and post- workout)

You are eating fairly clean for a start, if you really wanted to GET FAT CMON you would switch out the bread with Oreos or cookies, eating 1500cal worth of Oreos and milk would be pretty easy

I realized the only thing stopping me from eating over that number is literally just having solid breakfast/lunch/dinner. I only had breakfast and lunch today, which is why I was eating bread and milk in the kitchen for almost an hour at 3 in the morning.

Quark/greek yoghurt
Milk
Whey powder
Oats
Banana
Cashew nuts/almonds
Flax seeds

Blend it all up

Make yourself a nice peanut butter sandwich and wash it down with the mix

You eat to slow. The key to eating more is not eating for a larger amount of time, but speeding up. Also the same if you wanna eat less: Eat SLOW.
