Is having a protein shake (with almond milk in my case) okay for breakfast?

>okay for breakfast
What u mean senpai?

I don't eat till mid-morning often so I'm thinking of having a protein shake for breakfast (2 scoops).
I eat a big lunch usually and chicken/red meat with gespatzo or some french bread for dinner. Wondering if this is a good way to go for someone who hates breakfast.
>hate breakfast
the fuck does that even mean?

Don't worry about eating at certain parts of the day because you "should".
I only eat dinner, working fine for me.
Yeah protein shakes as breakfast isn't bad IIFYM, however I would personally take a shake after working out.
That way the protein gets turned into muscle more efficiently.

I'm not hungry till mid-morning, all I want at breakfast time is caffiene. I also usually feel bloated at 7am in the morning and not ready for proper food.

Yeah. Almond milk on the other hand, shits like 1% almonds 99% water.

I know, it's only about 100-120 kcal for a pints worth and barely a few grams of protein but I like the taste and I'm also lactose intolerant.

>but I like the taste
Eeeewwww, but yeah it's fine. Have your protein shake with whatever milk you want.
