What do you guys put in your protein shakes? Looking for a good weight loss/meal replacement combo. I usually do water or almond milk, a scoop of whey, banana, and some peanut butter. This good? What do you guys do? Also anyone have a magic bullet, looking into getting one

For just protein I put 1% milk with a banana and my brotein. If I missed a meal or plan on missing one I use banana, oats, some cinnamon , couple eggs, protein, whole milk. Usually.
I literally just do whey powder and water, only.
If you want a proper meal replacement, what you outlined sounds just fine. I'd swap out banana for some other fruit though, bananas have zero redeeming qualities.

Do eggs taste good in a shake? Do you cook them first?

Can't taste them at all. No just break them and dump them
this is a good shake OP but if you want an even more complete meal u should add either chia, flax, or hemp seeds + vegetables like spinach, kale or celery.

my standard "meal" shake is whey, low fat/skim milk, greek yogurt, and peanutbutter

teaspoon glutamine
tablespoon fiber powder
x number scoops
water

For post workout shakes I usually have 3 scoops with water since it helps to curtail the massive hunger after lifting heavy - thankfully only mild GI upset or none at all.
For weight maintenance it's usually one scoop with water followed by greek yogurt (Chobani - loads of protein).

no need for protein shakes if you're fat, bullet is a quality product.

I have some hemp seed that my brother has. What does it do for you?
