I want to go to the gym, but I only want to go after 12-1am. Am I fucking up my body clock by 'working out' then going to sleep?

If you're lifting you'll be fine in my experience but I'm no expert on this. Set aside another 45 minutes to an hour afterwards to chill, no tv or pc in a quiet setting to help ease into sleep. I wouldn't suggest any cardio. That keeps me up for a few hours everytime.

If you're always awake around that time it should be fine. But you maye not be as strong as possible.
After dinner strength reaches its peak

Actually it's around 17:00, at least from a hormonal/body clock point of view.

Why that late though? Can you still get 8 hours of sleep?

autistic*, go lift at a regular hour u downy
What gym is open after midnight? I've never heard of that
If you're having trouble getting to bed afterward, just take a melatonin when you get home and you'll get sleepy within about an hour.
