Seated DB Shoulder Press: how do you get the weights up?
I usually kind of clean them up to chest level as I sit. But as the weights get heavier I'm worried about snapping my shit. I don't have a gym bro.

i kick it with my legs, works well so far, no injuries

Put them on my knees and kick them up. Sucks with like 70+ desu.

grab one dumbbell with both hands to get it on position and ask bro to give me the other one

Used to do this when I started lifting. Then I realized a wasn't using full ROM and was ego lifting.
If the DBs aren't touching your shoulders on the way down then you're going too heavy. If they are touching, then you probably don't need a spotter to get into position.
You cant do a standing barbell overhead the press?

I can't get the form right and I always hurt my back when I the press
;_; please no bully. It's my only gym sin
I usually swing them up with some curling help. Works so far with 30kgs

lay them on your knees, as you lift them raise one leg after another with the help of your biceps
Put them both on legs and swing the leg up and put dumbell up, one leg st time.
