I've been doing the stripped 5x5 routine for 3 weeks now and I feel like it is not straining me enough. Should I just increase weights even faster or add something or do something completely different?
So far my progress has been:
Deadlift 110lb->176lb
Flat bench press 88lb->110lb
Squat 110lb->154lb
Barbell row 88lb->110lb
Overhead press 66lb->77lb
I am 5′7″ manlet at 159lb
don't get impatient. these novice routines based on linear progression are very easy in the beginning and very hard towards towards the end. the good thing about being a novice is that even those light workouts in the beginning are more than enough to drive adaptation. eventually you'll have to do cycles that are hard as balls and take a week or more just to increase the weight a little bit.

Keep going. You're doing really well. It'll get hard fast

Thanks mates! I'll be rolling with this for a while now then.
I was thinking about adding bicep curls to either workout, because my hands seem to be the weakest part right now. I am having a hard time getting bent over rows to really hit my back since my hands get tired fast. Am I doing it with a wrong form or is that how it normally is?

Not bait, seriously. Though I started with kind of small weights to get my forms right before hitting bigger weights, which skews the progress a bit.
