the deadlift is pretty easy to get right. as long as your spine is neutral and you don't do any weird shit you shouldn't snap anything up. /fit/ is way too paranoid about the main compounds. even with atrocious form you typically don't get injured, and the vast majority of injuries heal relatively quickly.

I just kept doing it until I fucked my shit up. Got scared of deadlifting, eventually did it again and a few weeks later fucked my shit up again. Fucked my shit up one last and final time and since then i've gotten the hang of it and progressing well, catching back up to my other lifts.

Don't know if i'm autistic, stupid or both desu

Ask a PT or someone else at the gym to film your deadlift put it up online like a reasonable person instead of wasting money on a coach.

Well if you are stalling hiring a coach would help. But not your typical "dont lift with your back brah" gym pt, get a coach who knows about deadlifts, a pl coach for example

Pretty easy if you train your grip on the side. I started doing one armed static barbell holds which was recommended by Ed Coan and my grip strength exploded. I still use straps but I can double overhand 4pl8 for a couple reps.

The most important thing in the deadlift is correct set up, every afterwards is easy. One thing to take away from this video is flexing your hip flexors and feeling it contract before you pull. You want your hips to open up like a door hinge when you pull the bar off the floor. Keep your lats tight beforehand by pulling them down or by rotating your elbows inwards towards your body, keep your shoulder directly over the bar with the bar over the middle of your foot, and just learn to brace your core hard. Another good cue is to keep your chest up when you pull, do this by looking up.

3.5 isn't that much, I usually switch to mixed grip after 4. I've seen a video of a man deadlifting 8 or 9 hundred pounds double overhand.
