I work overseas and don't really get chances to train when travelling so I make the most when I'm in Australia. Plus its easy to hit the gym when my office is airconned, car is airconned and gym is airconned.

I'm currently like 146kgs, used to smash out 5ks doing park runs when I was about 130, I just need to get back on the horse. What gyms have you brunswick m8s joined up with?
