Hello /fit/
I have recently started training.
After the first month I went down from 20% bf to 17%
Also I added 2kg of muscle to my muscle mass. My weight stayed the same.
Now, after the second month I almost returned to the same spot whete I started.
On the second month I was not keeping my diet 100% (NYE, my bday etc).
How can I make sure I follow the diet and especially get enough protein.
Also, can someone explain why I should take protein powder (getting protein without it is hard and quite expensive). On one hand, I want to take it to build muscle mass and not to worry about daily protein (I hit at least 2 cans of tuna besides other protein). On the other hand, I feel like it is cheating and unhealthy.

I am telling you what the gym measured. I have no reason to lie. I have no clue what is normal for that
