I take it to go on mega runs (10 miles+) and to cut weight fast. I can lose 5 lbs in a week if I'm running and cutting food out. Super unhealthy but useful in a pinch.

Hey, certified retard here. Take 20mg XR daily, 6'2" 200lb beefcake. Take it in the morning (no coffee) before breakfast. When you start feeling it (20~ after swallow for me), take a b12 and eat an XXL breakfast. I find Adderall affects me best when I feed myself well, take a b12, and drink plenty of that sweet, sweet h20.
