I eat one to two meals a day and nothing more. I smoke a lot of weed and have been able to control my eating habits when I get high, before I used to literally go through almost my whole kitchen eating because of munchies, now I don't even care to eat when I smoke. I cut out soda almost completely, I have maybe one soda every 1-2 weeks at most. I don't lift because I hate driving so I don't go to the gym, I do a bunch of situps and pushups at home and thats about it

Been following the sticky for 2 years, but can't do it. The fat isn't coming off. Still got slight love handles on my back and do HIIT every other day with lifting. Plus I'm eating salad every lunch.
