can you safely do sl 5x5 with no flexibility?
Can't get below 80deg on pike stretch without feeling like tendons on the back of my knee gonna pop

stretch before(dynamic) and after(static) every single workout, ontop of warm-up sets, until your flexibility is at least normal. then you should still continue to stretch afterwards at least
I did sl 5x5 with bad hamstring flexibility and pelvic tilt
The thing that injured me was deadlift since you really want your hamstrings to engage to reduce stress on your lower back
unfortunately your knees will bend to much to engage them
stretch everyday for a few weeks until its better than start
start doing some yoga. before I couldn't even reach down and touch my toes, but after a little practice I can do it effortlessly. It won't take long, just practice regularly
