How into chad neck mode? I deadlift, power clean, and strict press, but am looking to build a more solid neck.

Pendlays? I can't get the form down at all. They've always been super awkward if trying to keep strict form. I switch between yates and one armed db rows

just do direct neck work if you want your neck to grow
same goes for other weak points, you isolate them

I remember some anon who had a thicc neck said his football coach made him and his team do situps with their helmets on for neck strength.
Get a neck harness and do both neck extensions and neck flexion.
I was on a high test low tren cycle and my neck got surprisingly bigger (possibly too big tbf)
I do 3x12 for both. Also never show anyone your neck harness they will think you are a fag (and they are correct)
