Hi, I'm looking for good bodyweight routines that I can do at home, all I have is a pullups bar.
Share any recommendations you have. I wanted to try the plebbit routine but I need rings for that.
I'm gonna bump my own thread now
rings cost like 20$ and are essential for any proper bw routine since you need strong shoulders for most movements so just buy a pair.
for proper routine and progression and how to find a copy of overcoming gravity
so as will be mentioned here, brogress will be slower comparably to a weightlifter.
basic routine is:
molding mobility and cardio warmup
pushup progression
row progression
(Ive found that unless i can do front levers i cant progress well on rowing)
squat progression
(ditto with pistol squats)
pullup progression
skill work, like handstanding
bodyline work
starting stretching
too lazy to detail the progressions.
desu the bwf app is still good even if you just ignore the ring necessary stuff.
one important note though is that flexibility is super important. it can hold up progressing even more than strength in some ways, so be aure to get that flexibility down.

What's that app? If I search bwf on play store it gives me badminton apps.

Off your pull up bar. Or screw them into ceiling joists. Either way, self explanatory.

Just remember Bodyweight Training is about difficulty progression.
