What I don't understand for me, I start in bracket 3 doing the most compared to bracket 1 doing the least. Are brackets 1,2,&3 suppose to ALL be able to do 100 at the end? Doesn't seem realistic.

I followed this program for a while on break. I got to 79 on the 5th week, but I stopped soon after I got back to school and had the school gym.

It's not a bad progression.
