/fit/ brahs, what the fuck do you eat your tuna with while cutting? Every time I try and add tuna to my diet on a cut I usually go for tuna in springwater, saves me some macros for things like nuts/cheese. It dries my mouth out so much though, to the point of it being difficult to swallow. What do you guys have with it to make it more enjoyable to eat?

salsa works
maybe soy sauce and sriracha, too
On cottage cheese on cracker and take milk with it

>1 can of tuna
>1 egg
>3-4 saltine crackers
>combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, you want the tuna/egg/crackers to clump together, shouldn't take more than a minute
>get a pan, put it on medium heat over the stove, pour in a tsp. of olive oil
>fry tuna in pan, essentially makes the tuna equivalent of a crabcake
>serve with 1 cup of brown rice, mixed veggies

Alternatively, mix with full fat greek yogurt for them good fat and protein gains, add hot sauce for a kick
mix w/ yogurt or mayo + mustard (and/or pickle relish or hot sauce or nuts or beans) for a quick tuna salad for sandwiches/wraps
my dad eats it mixed with mayo on crackers for lunch
beware of mercury tho

>add it to some spaghetti aglio e olio
>toss it into a salad
>add some potato, onion, pepper, oil and seasoning for tuna cakes
>mix it into some cream based soup
>dry it out, add some salt/pepper, fry it in a pan real quick, add a fried egg and put on toast, voila you got a sandwich
>dice up some green onion, chiles and garlic, throw it into a bowl with some white rice, add a little soy sauce

I've used this recipe, except w tuna in water not oil, more than a few times and it's p good:http://www.seriouseats.com/2016/06/how-to-make-the-best-tuna-salad-sandwich.html. Anchovies are pretty beast in protein.

this, though every website says a different amount of tuna should be eaten a week
I eat shrimp and tuna 3 times a week max just in case. (shrimp is even worse for mercury)

Shrimp has virtually no mercury, you're retarded. It's only the big fish that eat other fish that are high enough in mercury to worry about.
