Can I really eat like this and lose 1lb a week?
I'm 6'4" 220lbs. Seems like its way too much.
I'm 5'7 180 and cut on 1,800/day to drop 1lbs a week.
5 years lifting here, all the gains haven't done much to increase my metabolism.
No cardio though because can't be fucked and it's not even worth the time/effort in regards to calories burned. I just do cardio randomly whenever I feel like it for health purposes, but I don't take it into account for calories burnt.

Eat at that for 2-3 weeks. If you don't drop weight, subtract 200 calories and repeat. Obviously make sure you're counting properly.
Seems reasonable. If you're 6:4, chances are you have to exert more energy to actually lift. You also weigh 220, so in order to recover and not destroy your muscle, this sounds about right.
What are your macros like? Lower carbs, higher protein, moderate fat?

cardio is such a nice feeling mang. coming back from a 10 mi run is way better than after lifting. runner's high > lifting high

I lift Monday, weds and Friday. I bike 10 miles in the stationary bike.
Fuck cardio. Only reason I like it is because I can catch up on my lectures.
What weight are you cutting down to?
