Is swimming the ultimate cardio? Can I drop bikes/rowing/running entirely just for swimming?

Swimming is bad for your bones I think?
I prefer rowing, but I am a rower so.
With cardio, unless you're training for a sport I think whatever you can bear to do is fine.
Why would swimming be superior? I don't see why the others are bad/worse

Swimming is in fact the ultimate cardio. Only downsides are the general risks of swimming like drowning, exposure, sharks, and baby ruth bars which can be avoided entirely by using an indoor pool.

This, different types of cardio have different results.
Generally swimming will increase capacity the most, running will increase endurance the most and cycling/rowing will increase efficiency the most.
