/fit/ what are some vegetarian recipes that are good for gains? I can't eat meat or eggs at home on Saturdays due to some religious bullshit and I'm getting fucking tired of eating nothing but oatmeal all day.

Look up making vegan health bars. It's usually a few types of nuts, granola, chocolate, honey, mixed together, shape them into a square, freeze them, then eat it like a snack bar.
