This is true, but I'm not sure how I'd get a hold of anything and have always wondered if it would be dangerous for me to do because heart problems run in my family and sometimes I feel my liver/kidneys have been damaged from when I was much younger drinking and smoking a ton every single day (I don't anymore though)

Look! test boosters should really be called testosterone supplements. And like with most supplements, they will have

1. greater affect if you need it
2. varying affect depending from person to person
3. most likely no effect for healthy people
4. wont improve test to a significant amounts outside normal range.

With that being said, i have taken them, and i do feel generally better than when i didnt take them. Although that is anecdotal and could be attributed to many other factors.

ps. other things you should be taking to help test. Beetroot. Vitamin D. Zinc. Magnesium.
