25 yrs old
July 2015: 350 lbs; BMI 50 Waist: 52
January 2016: 290 lbs; BMI 42 Waist 44
January 2017: 245 lbs; BMI 35 Waist 36 Body fat % 26
My legs are in good shape. I use an app Running for Weight loss (Crossramp) and legs, adduction, abduction, squats, hip thrust, I also cross-train with basketball once a week since September 2017.
I have not had time to a strict regiment Monday-Sunday (rotating Chests legs arms etc..) [I'm a premed student studying for MCAT]
Essentially I want to get a strict regiment going as soon as I have taken my MCAT and finished my schooling May 2017.
One thing that I am having problems with is my extra skin. It's not at the point where its hanging 6 inches below my waist yet, but I want to control it as early on as possible.
There's an app called SworkIT that I haven't used in a while, but... could focusing on obliques, abs, and strength training help deal wit the loose skin.
Also, I am in the best shape of my life EVER. I can run, and not get tired, and I feel even healthier than my 15 year old self. It's astonishing how much of a waste of space I was in the past, and how incredible of a person I'm going to be in the future...

TL;DR What type of strength training can I focus on to with with loose skin around my thighs, arms, chest and stomach?

Thank you dude. I'm really hoping by May to have a 5-6 day regiment.
I know I'm totally capable of getting under 200lbs by January 2018.
Big things to come, thank you for the motivation!!
damn dude, keep it up
I'm sorry I don't have any advice, but it's always excellent to hear about someone reclaiming their life.
