i smoke and drink about every weekend, or every other day. Im ecto/morso i was really skinny back in 2013 when i started lifting and sports.and have been successful i think

life without partying. cause looking at my body now im obsessed with the gaines. it makes me feel like this all got meaning.

Partying is an inherently degenerate lifestyle, all in senses of the word.
It will hurt your body, your mind, and your future. I'm speaking from experience.
Stop partying now and focus on things that matter.

I "party" every or every other weekend, both fri and sat. Partying for me means meeting friends and going to bars. I'll drink maybe 8-12 beers a night, smoke a little weed and cigs, drink a lot of water, but try to refrain from eating shit foods.
I think it's a good balance between fitness and being social. I never black out or lose control over my doings, rarely be hungover. I could see how drinking more or adding more drugs could fuck the balance up rather quick.
