obvious bait thread but even if you gained a shit ton of fat but got a +3 plate bench in sub 3 months of lifting that would be more than worth it, you could cut that weight off easily in 6 months, and most people don't hit 3 plate bench in under a year so you would be ahead of them by quite a bit.
