Can you go to the doctor and just ask them to check for everything? I haven't been to one in 18 years and I'm 23 now so I have no idea what the procedure is like. I don't think I'm sick, but I have a bunch of moles so idk should I go get them checked and check for everything else too?

anyone watching AGDQ? every time i hear a donation about someone beating cancer multiple i makes me wonder do they even change their diet at all?
>>
>>39949799
They do, nobody follows them.

>>39949821
Yeah, low carb will work if you do it right. Nobody wants to actually follow it. Or any other dietary change. If they do follow it for a while, they'll relapse within a few months and gain it all back.

People are incredibly resistant to change. It's hard to get them to even take a fucking pill every day, much less change their diet and exercise habits. That's like 1/100 chance of them doing it to any degree to be useful. The best you can hope for is to get some fatty that drinks 1,000 kcal of soda a day to switch for a zero calorie option. That's BEST CASE SCENARIO. People are fucking awful.
>>
>>39950268
>drink 1000kcal of sugar
>gotta go healthier
>switch it with sugar that gives you no energy and cancer

I really see no reason why they would resist

>prolong the inevitable
you're right better just kys right now since it's prolonging the inevitable
>>
>>39951056
yes

also restricting certain aminos can be helpful, like methionine

dietary interventions for cancer are generally not well explored but ahve lots of potential
>>
>>39951197
>Generally not well explored

If you eat carbs regularly, you're kinda to blame for getting cancer

>>39949523
Make every moment of your life count, spend every moment doing something productive, important or enjoyable.

Stop being a pussy ass bitch and worrying about possibilities.

The whole idea of making it is to become more productive, working out helps integrate many aspects of that into your mind and life.
>>
>>39949879
just don't touch it or scrape it off and you'll be fine
>>
If only there was a diet that made your blood 8 times less hospitable to cancer cells

happened to my cousin

was a champion athlete in highschool

freshman year in college he started getting tumors in his face and neck, had to drop out and get radiation

however, he greatly improved his survival odds through /fit/ness. the doctors predicted he would lose a lot of weight, but he lifted and increased his calories, and looks as good as ever.

that being said, hes a shell of his former self in terms of his life aspirations, as he isnt working and just wants to stay alive.
>>
How does life even work?

My grandparents are in their 90s and smoking since age 10~ and they're all still active and taking care of themselves and don't even go to the doctors.

The fuck is even going on.

They're all manlets and come from poverty villages in southern Greece.

Turmeric has anti cancer properties. Look it up

>>39952093
Luck, for every 90 year old who has smoked their whole life there is a bunch of 40-60 year old dying of lung cancer
>>
