redpill me on fats
I've been eating a diet with basically no fat sources (under 10% total calories from fat) for over 2 years and feel healthier and better than ever
are fats a meme? should I bother adding fats to my diet ever again? I don't like consuming them and don't see a reason to do it

High fat diets are getting a lot of support, I've actually converted over, but I think everyone can agree on is that the real enemy is sugar consumption. As long as you can kick out sugar, any diet would probably give you good results.
