Try resting more.

You probably aren't eating enough calories to support your lifting so your body isn't making up for it in other ways my shutting down other systems in the body.

When I was doing body weight and eating correctly for the first time in my life, I had a weird month of jerking off twice during it. I also gave up porn unintentionally and had to force myself to sleep with my GF once a week.

Now after lifting with her at the gym I want to pound her ass badly. I think after giving up daily drinking and fast food my body went through cleansing process that raped my libido or something. Now I eat clean 80% of the time and take zinc and eat broccoli and beets almost daily.

Side note I was skinny fat 6'2'' 180lbs and I cut to 155 auschwitz mode. So >>39943226 's theory could also be correct.

It's got to be something related to rest, diet, something. Rest, eat and try taking some Zinc.
