who would consider the menthols safe or care to outline how cigarettes with toxic chemicals doesnt cause death
its the same shit the tobacco companies want you run around smoking their shit without knowing the real dangers
ok what
As someone who's in the military, everyone smokes/dips or vapes. I dip and vape a lot and smoke a cig every now and then.
Guys can still perform well athletically when they smoke a lot. I see it all the time.
But long term? I'm not sure. I know my best friend's mom who smokes like a chimney recently got lung cancer and went through chemo.
I would say everything in moderation. But you can brush your gums, not your lungs

I think OP is asking why people think menthols are safer than regular cigarettes. Which is something I've heard as well but only from people who are clearly retarded.

generally its not my life so im not the one going back for another puff puff. as stupid as it sounds i still care for the smokers if they get cancer and survive it would be legendary
I've been smoking for 3 years now. I'm 23. I'm not in great shape. 6ft. 210lbs. Haven't been to a gym since highschool. But I'm an avid hiker and probably walk 2 miles a day during work and school.
I've taken people who don't smoke on hikes and despite them being on par with me otherwise, I am so much more capable than them.
Early into smoking your body adapts to better perform without oxygen. Simple as that.
But then you get cancer and die.
I've switched to dipping now. Occasional cigarette but nothing like the couple of packs a day I was doing before.
