Get some epsom salt, dissolve 3-4 cups of it into a hot bath, and soak in it for at least 20 minutes. Then rinse off, dry off, and before you cool down, do a full set of stretches, holding each stretch for a full 60 seconds. Do another set of them if you feel they're helping.

You can't really do anything about it. It's not caused by the same pathway that leads to traditional inflammatory pain so taking an NSAID won't help.
Do some light arm curls with like a 5lb weight, working it a bit seems to be the only thing that works for me.
