What's your favorite abs workout?
I tried a lot of different exercises and by now none of them makes me feel anything anymore as I got used to them, but I still haven't got a visible sixpack.
Mine is eating at a caloric deficiet
hanging leg raises with plate on shins or ab wheel

deadlifts
ab wheel
standing
loaded up with a 40lb vest

Planks and weighted planks.
2 days of weighted planks (45 pound plate on your back) and then 1 day of unweighted.
Destroys the abs AND is really good at extending your plank time.

I never understood how plancks are supposed to train your abs. I only ever feel them in the shoulders.

I used to think this as well. If you feel it in your shoulders, you're probably sticking your butt in the air and not maintaining a flat back. Keep your butt down, maintain a flat back, pull your navel towards your spine and you'll feel it brah.
