Are there any excerises to fix posture?
Like, I can sit or standup straight but it really tires me after more than 1 min, am I supposed to be strong enough to hold this position naturally throughout the day?

deadlifts

back extensions, weighted preferably

also, look up some things you can do at home on YouTube to fix posture, there's plenty of material out there
>>
Squats and deadlifts. Literally.
>>
Stretches
>>
stretch your chest, particularly your pec minor. strengthen your cervical extensors and scapular adductors. google this shit before posting retarded questions on /fit/, or at least consult the QTTDDTOT
>>
>nobody mentioning lats
>>

deadlifts and rows and pullups and facepulls
>>
>>39928765
Front squats improve thoracic strength a ton.
>>
>>39928765
Strengthen your glutes and your abs also stretch out your hip flexors. Do hip thrusts and planks before squatting or deadlifting to activate your glutes and abs
>>
Honest to god >>39930609 is right, lying on the floor fixes your back.

Also get off /fit/ Sam

Bilateral external rotation wth a band, standing rows, and chin tucks all are beneficial
