I was obese and lost weight, there's hardly any fat on my stomach but there's some loose skin, and there's hardly any sight of abs, although they're there right under the skin. Wat do, /fit/izens?

if you can't see your abs you are still too heavy or your loose skin is covering them up. having strong core helps a lot with seeing abs. i'm at around 20% bf and my abs are very strongly defined when i flex
