So, I 'tried' no fap no porn for the past two weeks. I gave up an fapped today because I just couldn't fucking bare it any more. BUT. I didn't use porn! I cummed BUCKETS just from the feeling of it. I've tried to fap with just my imagination before, and couldn't even get it up, so for the first time in a long time, I felt great about fapping instead of a deep sense of shame.

I'm gonna hold off another two weeks and fap again just to the pleasure of the feeling. I'm still doing no porn and no thinking about porn - and I have to be intensely focussed to not allow myself to go down the slippery slope - BUT just not fapping at all really wasn't healthy for me.
