Anyone use a neck harness? What were your results? Any

I'm very happy with mine. I've heard some people say neck growth can be very fast; this has not been my experience.

I don't see the value in wrestlers bridges though--although obv. I see lots of people with big necks doing them. It just looks like direct compression to me.

you made some gains, but they're minor. youre not fooling anybody with the bullshit pose. youre tilted so far back that your chin is actual pointed upwards at this point.

my gym has a Hammer Strength neck thing.

I have never , nor will I ever, use it.

I just made one today from an old skateboard helmet and paracord. Works pretty good.
