Due to various circumstances, I can't use my left wrist to do physical activities (i.e. lifting weights, anything that involves pressing it (push-ups...) etc). Are my dreams of getting /fit/ done for?
What are some upper-body workout menus which don't involve making use of one of your wrists?

When I broke my wrist thats how I did curls.
It didnt work well and hurt, but its better than nothing.
