Been working on lats for a while with dumbbells but no results. Am I doing them wrong or is it a hard muscle to build?
>>39913573
how long have you been doing it and with what weights?
>>39913581
I did a month with 10lb and about 2 months with 20lb. I'm seeing very little results. I feel the muscles contracting while I'm doing them, idk, maybe I should try some other lifts other than simple lat raises like OP pic?

Did you even read the fucking sticky?
>>39913616
Well I'm working everything else too obviously, its just I feel like the lats are falling behind. I feel like they're growing more from incline DB chest presses than the actual lat raises. Thanks for the suggestions though bro I appreciate it.

You're either clearly doing something wrong or doing something wrong
>Been working on lats for a while
why hasn't anyone pointed this out yet?

>thinks lateral raises build lats
Ight retard I'll bite, lateral raises work your delts. Your lats are on your back. Your delts are your shoulder. If you want to build your delts you need to do overhead presses with a barbell and with dumbbells.

for my sanity's sake lets hope so
Hey OP, you just gotta raise them higher to fully work your lats. Your arms should finish vertical.

and then drop both on top of your head

Not a troll but I always thought OHP was a shoulder/upper back work out? I don't really feel much going on in my lats when doing that, maybe a little for stabilization
>>39913764
please just google how to properly work lats
>>39913775
I thought this was a board on fitness and weight training. I know how to engage my lats. OHP is not a lats exercise
do pullups for lats

We know you're a troll and have seen this entire shtick before
