Am I REALLY expected to increase my squat 100lbs in 12 weeks???
repping OVER 500lbs on DL 12 weeks from now???
I'm all for reaching big… but this seems insane!
Anyone have experience?
someone?
Did I do something wrong?
just hop on juice bruh
fucking 60 lbs on squats in 12 weeks would be great progress. 100 doesn't seem possible w/o gear

if you actually read about the program a little bit you will understand
>>39910734
Are you actually an intermediate lifter though? That rate of progress is made for someone coming off a beginner routine.

I'm just coming off stronlifts 5x5
>Bench 230lbs 5x5
>Squat 340lbs 5x5
>Deadlift 430lbs 1x5
>OHP 155lbs 5x5
dont do madcow's. the volume is ridiculously low. you'll peak your strength for a few months max but you won't really make any long term gains.

do 4-day texas method or gzcl or beyond 531 or something

How much do you weigh dude?
>>39910734
What is your bodyweight? You might be at the high end of intermediate, which would make this program too aggressive for you.

this, highly recommend 5/3/1 and gzcl
