I did the same exact switch for a month and all I can tell you is to wait it out. Your body will adjust nicely in a few weeks but it'll suck for a lil bit.

Lift fasted.
10g BCAA before lifting
Another 10g after lifting
Another 10g every two hours until you eat (assuming you don't eat straight after lifting)
Drink Coffee. Work out. Go to work swole feel like the baddest motherfucker there.

Go to bed earlier, wake up a little earlier. I usually need at least 15 minutes after I wake up before I can start exercising, and I've been doing this for over a year.
You'll adjust, just give it time.
