My body dysmorphia is getting worse day by day. I check myself in mirrors multiple times and shit, it feels bad when I don't like what I see. Help me /fit/
just wait until you actually like what you see. you'll practically live in front of the mirror. I sometimes go to the bathroom at work just to check myself out in the middle of the day

I have been lifting for years and suffered from massive body dysmorphia. I always looked in the mirror and saw my self as no gaiz. trash
The worst day of my life was when i realized that i don't suffer from body dysmorphia.
