Ive used it before myself annd it DOES NOT WORK. The reason I found out I'm losing hair is from stress, genetics, and overuse of shampoo. Stop using shampoo for 1 week and everyday rinse out your hair till you scalp feels clean, you want to have natural hair oil. after a week shampoo once, using only 1 teaspoon of shampoo. Fully lather it on your head and ears. Another thing is USE SOAP BEHIND AND IN YOUR EARS. Every fucking time I tell people to no-poo their head smells like shit cause they don't wash their ears
