If I'm over 300lbs, is it normal for me to be losing about a lb every day to two days from eating better and moving a more?
I was 340lbs, now I'm 311lbs. But it seems like if I eat right I lose weight really fast. for example:
>monday: 315.3
>tuesday: 314.8
>wednesday: 314.2
>thursday: 313.6
>friday: 312.7
>saturday: 312.4
>sunday: 311.8
It isn't necessarily always a lb a day, but more like half a pound to a pound. I weight myself first thing when I wake up after I urinate and have a bowel movement.

You'll lose a shitload of water weight right at the start. It'll peter off after a few weeks.
Make sure you don't get disheartened when it happens as a lot of people do. You'll still lose weight, just at a 'normal' rate.
We're all gonna make it.
The fatter you are the more of a calorie surplus it takes to sustain the fat. You can expect to see decently fast weight loss for a while with less effort.

Protip: Take creatine while cutting and you'll retain more water and lose weight less erratically.

But this has been going on for a few weeks. I know initially you'll shed the water weight, but for like 6 weeks?
