desu though it's really fucking hard to get 'big' and you have to eat a lot so you'll probably hit ok lifts without getting much bigger. Mass is the biggest limiting factor for progression past a certain beginner stage though so just be aware of that
this is like the classic girl excuse of "I want to be toned not bulky so I don't want to lift weights"
