Hey /fit/ I have a weigh in soon and the scale at my gym is saying I'm anywhere between 185 and 195lbs - my cut off for my height (5'10) is 192. How do I lose weight before my weight in?

Already eating at a 500 caloric deficit. Running is mainly what I'm doing so far.

Last I weighed in was 186lbs, the scale at the gym is saying 185 to 195 - it's one of those old scales that you see in publix schools and ww2 movies.
The weight stays in the center between those ranges.

Wake up in the morning take a piss and poop then get naked and weigh yourself.

Do that for about 3 to 5 nights.

Track with phone

Take the average.

Thats your weight.
