My favorite lazy meal is just a can of chicken with a bit of mustard and mayo on whole grain bread. Perfect pre or post workout when I have no time. I also do canned chicken with some frozen veggies and brown rice. You can make all of that in the microwave easily. Not the tastiest thing in the world but it's definitely fine with a bit of butter and teriyaki

Here's a lazy meal for you.
Buy 1kg of pork shoulder steaks(lean).
spend 30 seconds to dump salt, pepper and seasoning on them.
dump in oven.
fap for 15 mins.
Now you have 1500 calories, 200g protein for only 4.50$.
Open can of kidney beans and marrowfat peas.
dump in container, dump salt on it.
throw in oven, fap for 20 mins.
400-1600 calories and 25-130g protein depending on how many cans you use. 1-3$.
Now kill yourself.
