Hey /fit/ what vitamins do you take daily? I take 3 omega 3's, 2 vitamin C's and a multivitamin. Also What specifically should I look for in a multivitamin?

I take 1000mcg of B12 and 25mcg/1000IU of D3 daily.

The B12 definitely makes me feel more awake.
