Is it at all possible to make wrist/hand gains? I guess the answer is 'no' since there are no muscles in that area. But if that's the case, can anyone explain the Zyzz before/after pics? His wrists literally doubled in size and his hands are significantly bigger too. Is that just the HGH doing its work?

Yes.
would have happened the same without hgh.He was still in puberty in the first pic and grew a bit.

its actually combination of things
a) he was still growing
b) forearm muscles making his wrists appear little big bigger
c)lightning and camera

I dunno if it's the camera angle. In this >>39898409 pic his hands look even huger. Just seems very strange to see that much of an increase.

I started off lifting as a 6'0 120 skelly and my hands and wrists got slightly bigger. My fingers are thicker. My wrists grew half an inch. This might only happen if you start at skelly mode. Small wrists make the forearm appear larger too.

well there are the wrist flexors and extenders and i personally work them out 3 times a week. Got gains and more vascularity
Do wrist extensors and finger curls, especially the latter are wright next to the wrist. Big forearms make your wrist looks less small anyways.
Basically, do hammer curls, wrist curls and extensions, finger grips, and grip training. Supersetting those muscles are the way to go.

Are you retarded?
