What do you do for rotator cuff pain/discomfort, I can't even do shoulder press or boxing anymore
See a doctor, probably.
stop lifting for 2-3weeks than do shoulder rehab exercises/stretching.

ice, ibuprofen and rest.
I too have a rotator cuff injury and icing it 20 mins every 4 hours worked wonders. Just started boxing again and so far so good, just gonna keep icing it Senpai.

what are some good exercises for rehabbing the rotator cuffs? I'm doing external and internal rotation (laying on side with dumbbels) and cuban rotations with a barbell. I don't feel like they're helping much, in fact I feel like the problem is only worsening. Both injuries are well over 6 months old. Wat do?
I don't know about *injuries* but I was having shoulder pain and fixed it with reverse flyes and facepulls.

Go to a sports medicine clinic, they'll help you find out what and where the problem is. I've been dealing with a shoulder issue for six months, I thighs it was the rotator cuff and it turned out to be biceps tendinitis up in the front my shoulder. I'm doing rehab work for it now, a lot of resistance work and stretching.
If it's biceps tendinitis, don't get surgery for it, just do PT, cortisone if necessary, and wait it out.
Take a while off and once you get back do high volume, low intensity shoulder work. Specifically, face pulls are one of the best exercises for strengthening a weak shoulder and recovering from an injury. Just make sure you start out slow with them and maintain good form so you don't end up making things worse.
