What would you say to a qt powerlifter?

>finish each workout with farmer's walk
>as i'm leaving today the qt that works at the gym asks me what I'm training for because I'm always doing farmer's walks
>"groceries" i laugh as if this was a joke but until recently carrying a 35lb box of cat litter up to my third floor apartment left me a sweaty mess
>"but actually my grip is a big weakness in my deadlift so I'm trying to improve it"
>she starts talking about how she has trouble with her grip too and it sucks that at powerlifting meets she can't use her straps
>i mentally freak the fuck out upon the realization this is a powerlifting qt
>kind of blank out and go "yeah heh it's super tough maybe you should try farmer's walks too it really helps"
>during this entire exchange she's very engaged with me and my eyes are kind of darting away meekly
>"really? I should try them. you know we have walk handles at the gym right?"
