>cutting 500cal from tdee
>can't reach the required proteins and fats
>100g of carbs over the limit
On the long run what's gonna happen if I can't keep the balance?
Your process will just be slower.
Don't listen to the retards saying you will not see any difference

Why can't you meet your macros? Just plan your meals a bit in advance. It takes a bit of effort at first but once you get in the hang of things, it's well worth it. The 1 g/lb protein to lean body mass ratio is just a rule of thumb, you won't know the effect on you per se. But it's easier to eat at a deficit when you fill up on protein and healthy fats.

You will lose weight, but more of it will be muscle than you'd probably like.
This is what protein powder is for. I have no problem hitting protein macros with normal food on a bulk, but it's much harder on a cut. Protein powder is the most efficient way to add protein without adding extra carbs/fats.

im like op except more like i hit my fat, but my carbs and protein arent hit, even with protein powder.
